EICConnect
EICConnect is the official means of communication between the college and you. Commonly accessed items include: My Email - Institutional Microsoft Outlook Email and My Classes - Classroom & Online (Canvas Learning Management System). If you have questions or need help logging in, please call the EICC Help Desk at 563-336-3456.
Help Desk
A variety of tech guides and general tech usage policies are located on the Help Desk page on EICConnect (EICConnect > Tech Support > Help Desk).
IT Policies
Information regarding IT security policies can be found in the EICC Information Security Policies R2.5 document and on EICConnect.
IT Resources

Microsoft Office 365
All EICC faculty, staff and students have access to Office 365. Instructions for setting up access can be found by clicking on the Get Office 365 icon on EICConnect.
Outlook
Faculty members are expected to check their email, both their institutional email (Outlook Mail) and their Canvas Inbox, at least once per day during the academic sessions.
Faculty members are encouraged to post their schedule to their Outlook Calendars, and share those calendars with the administration and their department which may facilitate easier scheduling of meetings.

Up-to-date phone directories for each campus can be found on EICConnect (EICConnect > Faculty/Staff Services > Forms and Documents > Location > Category: Phone Directories).
