Satisfactory Academic Progress

The minimum satisfactory academic progress is a cumulative grade-point average of 2.00.

A student’s academic progress is monitored by their academic advisor. If an advisor receives a dropout detective alert, they will reach out and connect with that student. Students’ who fall below the minimum satisfactory academic progress will be expected to meet with their academic advisor to discuss an updated academic plan which may include reducing the number of credit hours attempted, supplemental assistance and other developmental requirements.

NOTE: When a particular college program requirement exceeds the minimum academic standards as stated above, the specific program requirement will apply. Each student is responsible for determining and complying with particular college program requirements.
