This course provides second semester nursing students enrolled in Practical and Associate Degree Nursing programs with additional pharmacological tools. Builds on pharmacological nursing using the nursing process as a framework introduced in Pharmacology I. Discuss actions, interactions, adverse effects, nursing implications for drugs for multiple body systems and differences across the lifespan.

Identify foundation of medication classifications, including action and therapeutic/side/adverse effects.
