ITP 122 - Interpreting Skills Lab I Credit(s) 1.00 Lab Hours: 2.00 This is the first in the sequence of three Interpreting Skills Lab courses. It provides students with an opportunity to practice interpreting skills in a safe environment under instructional supervision. Students will practice interpreting in a variety of simulated settings with immediate feedback from the instructor. Students will also increase their ability to self-evaluate their own interpreting process and product through extensive analysis of their work.
Corequisite(s): ITP 121 SLOs: Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:-
Demonstrate emerging interpreting skills from spoken and printed English to ASL.

Utilize consecutive interpreting skills on texts from spoken English to ASL.
