HCM 183 - Advanced Baking Credit(s) 3.00 Lecture Hours: 1.00 Lab Hours: 4.00 This course is for a student with experience in baking. The students will hone their skills, learn new recipes, and create their own desserts. The students will use what they have learned in Fundamentals of Baking and Intermediate Baking to further their education in Advanced Baking.
