MGT 165 - Principles of Quality Credit(s) 3.00 Lecture Hours: 3.00 This course provides a basic introductory understanding of the key principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) - leadership, information and analysis, planning, human resources, processes, results and customer satisfaction. Additionally, a focus on quality within the supply chain will be integrated into the course.
SLOs: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
