HCR 405 - Basic Electricity for HVAC Tech Credit(s) 5.00 Lecture Hours: 3.00 Lab Hours: 4.00 This course is designed to provide students with the basics of electricity used by heating, ventilation, and air conditioning technicians. The topics covered in this course are geared toward residential central air-conditioning systems. This course is intended for those who are looking to obtain basic knowledge.
SLOs: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
- Identify components in electrical circuits.
- Demonstrate knowledge of electrical schematics in Heating and air conditioning equipment.
