ASL 281 - American Sign Language IV Credit(s) 4.00 Lecture Hours: 4.00 This course expands on basic language skills in American Sign Language (ASL). Students will further develop their ability to engage in group conversations, exchange information and communicate with others in a culturally appropriate manner on a wide range of topics.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of C- in ASL 245 or ASL 251 . SLOs: Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

Demonstrate expressive and receptive ASL communication skills on a wide range of topics.

Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Deaf Culture.
