This course provides hands-on experience in the writing, editing, producing, circulating and advertising of student publications. The student may have the option to gain experience in the field of broadcasting, particularly television. Emphasis in the area includes writing for radio and television, the aspects of producing, directing, working with television cameras, videotape and cable television. Up to six hours credit is given in either print or broadcast.
