HCM 212 - Industry Management Credit(s) 3.00 Lecture Hours: 3.00 This course will expose students to theoretical concepts as well as practical applications to develop management skills related to the restaurant industry. This is a service-oriented course with emphasis on staff and guest relations.
SLOs: Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:
