CRJ 256 - Law Enforcement Physical Conditioning Credit(s) 2.00 Lecture Hours: 1.00 Lab Hours: 2.00 This course in law enforcement physical training will prepare a student for entry-level positions in law enforcement, corrections, and other criminal justice employment. Included in the activities will be stretching, weight training, lifting, running, self defense, and other physical skills training. This course can be repeated for credit.
SLOs: Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:-
Gain a better understanding of the physical body and an individual’s performance while following a resistance training program created by the instructor.

Experience physical transformation over the course of the semester and to successfully complete state and national physical fitness testing requirements by end of course semester.

Improve the student’s physical ability.
