CRJ 118 - Law Enforcement Credit(s) 3.00 Lecture Hours: 3.00 This course is a survey course about the historical development of law enforcement, the functions of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, police subculture, the function of patrol, and other issues important to the field of policing. The use of police authority, police discretion, police violence, and police corruption will be introduced.
