ADN 905 - Preceptorship Credit(s) 2.50 Lecture Hours: 1.00 Clinical Hours: 4.50 Preceptorship is an exit course for Associate Degree Nursing students, which builds upon concepts taught in previous nursing courses. The concepts of individual, healthcare and nursing are closely examined. Emphasis is placed on the use of the nursing process to meet the health needs of individuals and groups across the life span. Upon completion, students should be able demonstrate specific strategies to meet the challenges of transiting from student to professional practitioner.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of C in ADN 452 and ADN 453 .
