Technology Resources

EICConnect

EICConnect is your portal into everything. Log in and access your EICC email, the Microsoft 365 Suite, class schedules, grades, and financial aid. Learn where and when to pay your tuition, how to order transcripts, and upcoming student activities. If your class is cancelled, we’ll post it in the portal.

  • Campus and district-wide announcements
  • Personal, class, campus, and district-wide calendars
  • Cancellations and closures

EICConnect Login and Live Email

  1. Go to eicc.edu/eicconnect
    • If you know your username and password, skip to step three.
    • If you know your username but not your password, click ‘Change’ or the ‘Reset Password’ link.  Provide the requested information and a reset link will be sent to your personal/alternate email address on file with EICC. The reset link will be valid for one hour.
    • If you have trouble, please contact the Help Desk at 563-336-3456.
  2. Login
    • If you log in outside of the EICC network, type ‘EICCD' before your username. The backslash (\) is located above the ‘Enter’ key on your computer.
    • EICCD is not case sensitive, but your username and password are case sensitive.
  3. The first time you log into your@live.eicc.edu email account, make sure the language is set to English (United States) and set the time zone to (UTC-06:00) Central Time (US & Canada).

Self-Service

Click on the Self-Service link in EICConnect. You’ll have direct access to:

  • Course listings
  • Review grades
  • Financial aid status
  • Request an unofficial transcript 
  • Review a bill
  • Set up a payment plan

Tools

We want to remove potential barriers to your success. EICC provides:

  • Loaner laptops - apply for the Technology Assistance Program through your campus library.
  • Microsoft 365-download it for free! Go to EICConnect and click the link within the IT Help Desk card.
  • LinkedIn Learning - Over 2,000 courses to prepare you for over 120 off platform credentials including certifications, continuing education units, and academic credits.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

MFA serves as an additional layer of protection for your EICC email account when you log in to the Outlook Web App or are working remotely utilizing a mobile device, laptop, or tablet. You need to set-up MFA to access your student account from outside of our network. On most smart devices, you will need the Microsoft Authentication App.
