Radiologic Technology, AAS

Campus: Scott Community College The Radiologic Technology program prepares students to maintain and use the equipment and supplies necessary to demonstrate portions of the human body utilizing x-ray images for diagnostic purposes. X-ray technologists use radiation to make images of the body to aid radiologists in diagnosing a patient’s illness or injury. The Radiologic Technology program is accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT). In addition to the general admission requirements of the college, applicants to this program must meet specific program admission criteria.
