HIT 415 - Healthcare Data Management

This course is a continuation of Health Informatics (HIT-220). Students will be able to evaluate the compliance of data dictionaries and data sets. Students will apply the concepts of health informatics and utilize the technologies in Health Information Management (HIM). Students will apply the different research methodologies of HIM to manage the data that is used for those methodologies.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of C- in HIT 265 and HIT 355
