AVR 220 - AVR Programming and Simulations II

This course builds upon skills developed in AVR Programming and Simulations I and includes designing for test, software architecture design, object-oriented practices for game play, performance tuning, debugging, asset management, and coding best practices. This course replaces CIS 322.

Prerequisite(s): AVR 120  
SLOs:
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  • Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of various AVR platforms.
  • Communicate with the gaming engine using Application Programming Interface (API).
  • Create Augmented Reality content for mobile devices.
  • Develop Virtual Reality simulations for PC, mobile, and other devices.
