D 15 - Tuition and Fees Refunds


All tuition and fees are payable in advance and are due in full at final registration for the academic term. There will be no deferred tuition or fees payments unless the student is enrolled in a payment plan, sponsored by an outside agency that will be billed by the College, or has financial aid in place.

Refunds:

Students who withdraw from the College and complete the necessary withdrawal forms shall be entitled to a refund of tuition according to the following schedule:

Prior to the end of:

  • Before classes begin - 100% tuition & fees refund
  • Fifth day of classes - 100% tuition & fees refund (Summer Term - short term sessions)
  • Tenth day of classes - 100% tuition & fees refund (Fall/SpringTerm - full term sessions)

The same refund policy shall apply for individual subjects or courses that are dropped through the proper procedures. The amount of the refund will be the appropriate percentage between the tuition charge for the new load and the amount charged for the original load.
