PE 415 - Insurance

Insurance premiums may be deducted from the salaries of personnel of the Eastern Iowa Community College District (EICCD). EICCD shall contribute an amount towards the insurance premium for employees of EICCD. The amount of the District contribution and the amount of insurance to be included in a package for some or all employees of the District shall be determined annually by the Board of Trustees.

While insurance coverage provided for employees may vary on the basis of criteria considered appropriate by the Board of Trustees, the insurance coverage shall be provided to full-time employees as defined in Board Policy 430 .
