PEH 109 - Personal Wellness Credit(s) 1.00 Lecture Hours: 1.00 The objective of this course is to teach students the basic principles of exercise, both theory and practice. Concepts included in this course are pre-exercise evaluation, cardiovascular fitness, practical training techniques, various exercise programs and post-exercise evaluation. Students will have the option of analysis of computerized assessments.
