AGH 252 - Horticulture Pest Management

This course introduces students to the safe handling and use of horticulture chemicals. Using integrated pest management (IPM) practices, students will explore updated philosophies that protect the environment while controlling common pest. Students will take the state pesticide applicator’s exam upon completion of this course. Residents of states other than Iowa should be able to successfully complete equivalent requirements in those states.
