This course offers students a broad conceptual overview of the EICC Virtual Reality Innovation Academy (VRIA). Topics will include the expectations of AVR Academy, history of Augmented and Virtual Reality (AVR), an overview of 3D presentation methodologies, technologies, solutions for various hardware platforms including personal computer (PC), smart phone and tablet (mobile), and larger venues. The course also provides the student with project management (PM) training, opportunities for developing solutions using current methodologies of PM, project planning, risk management, types and use of typical delivery tools, examination and discussion of User Interface and User Experience (UX/UI), and story-boarding concepts and practical application. 39.6 Lec.
