ASL 246 - American Sign Language III Lab

This is the laboratory portion of ASL III designed to provide extended practice and skill development. This course will focus on continued expressive and receptive skill development of vocabulary, sentence structures, ASL number systems, and fingerspelling. Students will expand knowledge of glossing of ASL sentences.

Corequisite(s): ASL 245  
SLOs:
Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

  • Demonstrate accurate use of regularly used number systems of ASL.

  • Demonstrate accurate use of ASL number systems with ASL Timeline.

  • Demonstrate expressive and receptive ASL fingerspelling skills.

  • Utilize glossing system to demonstrate advanced ASL grammatical structures.
