Campus: Clinton, Muscatine, & Scott Community Colleges

The Augmented and Virtual Reality (AVR) Academy will prepare students to pursue a career in AVR development. As AVR technology grows and becomes more relative in our everyday lives, industries will be searching for individuals who have the skills to develop these applications from the ground up. Students enrolled in this academy will be given an unique hands on experience working with industry professionals and real client projects. During their time in the AVR Academy students will be given knowledge and skills to develop applications with the industry leading software and hardware.

In the AAS award, students will be able to choose between a programming track or a design track, granting them a deeper dive into their preferred field.

In addition to the general admission requirements of the college, applicants to this program must meet specific program admission criteria. The application process and admission requirements for the Augmented and Virtual Reality program can be found at www.eicc.edu/virtualreality.
