The Health Information Technology (HIT) AAS is a 64 credit degree that can be completed in 5 terms. The HIT program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). Graduates of the AAS are eligible to write for the national certification exam - Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) given by the American Health Information Management Association. Graduates of the HIT AAS degree will be eligible for entry level positions in a physician’s office or hospital setting.

The Health Information Technology Associate degree program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM).
