The Business Professional program is comprised of three levels of coursework. Each lead to an increasingly higher level of professional award (Certificate, Diploma, and AAS). Business Professional program is the perfect program for individuals with little or no related business experience. Students will learn advanced software applications, strategies for business success effective communication, and the economic impacts of business. EICC will help you to train for the career that meets your goals. Students may complete part or all their degree online, in a live/online format, or with a combination of those two formats.

With the Associate of Applied Science degree, students will obtain extensive education and training relating to management. Students graduating from the program will have a solid business background necessary to enter or advance in the business job market in a variety of positions. As a graduate, students will be prepared to enter the job market as a manager trainee. If you are seeking to update skills and knowledge for a current position, this program will help you advance your career.

Program Learning Outcomes

Upon completion of the Business Professional program, students will be able to: 

  1. Compose professional quality business documents.
  2. Develop and deliver professional, effective presentations on business topics.
  3. Integrate use of technology in performing business functions.
  4. Read, analyze, and appraise financial statements.
  5. Explain the relationship between the four functions of management: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
  6. Identify best practices and current trends in stakeholder management.
  7. Apply marketing theories and research techniques to devise business recommendations.
  8. Articulate the interrelatedness of international and domestic businesses, societies, and governments.
  9. Demonstrate an awareness of ethical and social responsibilities to multi-cultural, team-oriented, rapidly changing business environments.
  10. Assess personal occupational qualifications and career options.
