Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

Recall the structure, grammar, vocabulary and idiomatic expressions from prerequisite course as needed.
Demonstrate an understanding of the topics in the French speaking world including family structures and lifestyles, art, music, literature, the environment and natural catastrophes, technology surrounding energy sources, recycling, and home food production.
Practice grammar topics from the French speaking world including passive voice in present, past and future tense.
Demonstrate writing topics from the French speaking world including formal writing and persuasive writing.
Demonstrate comprehension of French literature, excerpts from novels, short stories, fiction, nonfiction and informational texts.
