This course introduces students to the key professional skills needed in today’s manufacturing industry. Topics include teamwork, communication, ethical decision-making, and basic project management. Students will explore current trends in manufacturing, such as automation and sustainability, and learn how these changes affect the workplace. Through discussions, guest speakers, and hands-on activities, students will build confidence in applying professional competencies to real-world manufacturing situations.
