ART 173 - Ceramics Credit(s) 3.00 Lecture Hours: 2.00 Lab Hours: 2.00 This course is an introductory ceramics course with emphasis on ceramics as a creative art. The student will work with the basic elements of forming, glazing and firing clay. Awareness of three-dimensional design and the effects of glaze, color, and texture will be stressed.
SLOs: Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:
