A 23 - Special Overtime on Snow Days for Hourly Employees

Any person who is mandated by the President to work on a snow day when the college was closed will receive eight (8) hours of regular pay and pay for the actual number of hours worked.

In order for an employee to receive this extra compensation (which applies only to hourly employees), the President of the College must write a memo to the Human Resources Office stating that the employee in question was mandated to work on the day in question.
