A 10 - Multiple Contract Guidelines Multiple contracts for EICCD employees are subject to prior approval by the Chancellor.
No secondary contract(s) shall provide more than ten (10) clock hours of employment per week.
Under no circumstances will a second contract be allowed for an employee which covers the same hours of work as covered by the employee’s primary contract with the District.
No employee of the District who is on an approved leave of absence shall be hired under another contract while on leave from a primary contract. In such situations, a resignation from the primary contract or a request to end the leave of absence in advance of the time scheduled must be received.
