SP 522 - Sexual Misconduct Policy (Title IX)

In accordance with Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972, Eastern Iowa Community College District prohibits sex discrimination, including sexual harassment. The College will utilize procedures as outlined in Administrative Procedure B10 to respond to claims of sexual harassment and will not proceed under any other EICCD policy or procedure if doing so would interfere with any right or privilege provided to a party under Title IX. If EICCD determines that a report or complaint does not constitute a violation of Title IX, it may still proceed to investigate or respond to that report or complaint under any other applicable EICCD policy or procedure
