PE 424 - Worker’s Compensation

Employees of Eastern Iowa Community College District (EICCD) shall not be entitled to both sick leave and worker’s compensation, which is paid for work time that may be missed.

When and if worker’s compensation is paid to an employee for missed work time that has already been covered by sick leave, the employee shall make payment of said worker’s compensation to EICCD.
