AD 312 - Succession of Authority

The Board of Trustees is committed to the uninterrupted operation of the College. If the Executive Officer plans to be away from the office and inaccessible, they shall identify a senior administrator to act as their designee in matters requiring the Executive Officer’s action. In the case of an unplanned absence, the Board of Trustees shall appoint an Acting Executive Officer to assume those duties and responsibilities of the Executive Officer for the duration of the absence.
