AD 303 - Appointment of Executive Officer

The Board of Trustees shall appoint the Executive Officer for a term not to exceed three years. However, the Board’s initial contract with the Executive Officer may not exceed one year if the Board is obligated to pay a former Executive Officer under an unexpired contract.
