BD 247 - Determination of Agenda

The Executive Officer shall forward to the Board of Trustees for its consideration, at least four days before a Regular Meeting, an agenda that shall set forth the order of business for that meeting.

The agenda shall contain supporting data for the suggested items of business together with recommendations of the Executive Officer, or recommendations from staff members designated by the Executive Officer.
