BD 243 - Annual Meeting

The Board shall follow its regular order of business at the Regular Meeting held in August, as defined elsewhere in these policies, and under the heading “Financial Reports” they shall review the reports of the Secretary and the Treasurer. The Treasurer shall present statements from depository banks as a part of the annual report. The Board shall examine, reconcile and approve, if in order, the reports.
