BD 242 - Executive Sessions

Meetings of the Board of Trustees shall be open to the public. By an affirmative vote of two-thirds of the Board members present, an Executive Session may be held when conforming with the provisions of Chapter 21 of the Code of Iowa. The vote of each board member and the reason for the closed session shall be recorded in the minutes. A recording shall be made of the closed session and detailed minutes kept as required by Chapter 21, Code of Iowa.
