BD 240 - Regular Meetings

Regular Meetings of the Board shall be held on the third Monday of each month.

All meetings shall be held in the meeting place officially designated by the Board which shall be the Scott Community College Urban Campus in Davenport unless otherwise approved by the Board in Regular session. Regular meetings shall commence at 7:00 p.m. Meetings may also be held via electronic means. When a meeting is to be held by electronic means, access to members of the public will be afforded at a specified site or via electronic means.

Notice for Regular Board meetings shall be given to Board members in writing at least four days in advance of the meeting. Public notice of Regular meetings shall be provided at least 24 hours in advance by advising the news media, posting on the college’s website, and posting in an easily accessible public location at the District Office. Said notice shall specify the time, place and purpose of the meeting.
