BD 230 - President and Vice-President

The President of the Board of Trustees shall preside at all of its meetings, sign warrants and drafts, and all orders drawn upon the Treasurer as provided for by law, sign all contracts made by the Board and appear in behalf of the Corporation in all actions brought by or against it, unless individually a party, in which case this duty shall be performed by the Secretary.

The Vice-President shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the President or Board of Trustees and shall serve as Acting President during the absence of the President.
