BD 224 - Conflict of Interest

No member of the Board shall knowingly be interested, directly or indirectly, in any contract, written or unwritten, for services to be performed and/or material to be furnished to Eastern Iowa Community College District (Merged Area IX), unless such materials or services are pursuant to an award or contract let after competitive bidding.

Should a Board member have a personal interest in or connection to a matter before the Board, the Board member shall publicly disclose the existence of the conflict and refrain from taking any official action on the matter.
