BD 220 - Orientation of New Members

It shall be the primary responsibility of the Executive Officer and the President of the Board of Trustees to orient new Board members.
The orientation shall have as its purpose acquainting new members with the policies, duties and responsibilities of the Board of Trustees and the educational program of the Eastern Iowa Community College District (Merged Area IX).

The orientation shall include the transmission of the Board policy manual and other necessary information to the new member.
