BD 209 - Regular and Special Elections

Regular elections to elect members of the Board of Trustees shall be held in conformity with existing Iowa laws.
Special elections may be called by the Board of Trustees with reference to those matters stipulated in Section 277.2 which are applicable to Merged Area Districts, and in Sections 260C.22 and 260C.39.
