BD 207 - Legal Counsel

The Board of Trustees shall appoint one or more attorneys or law firms to represent the corporation and advise the Board as necessary for the proper conduct of the legal affairs of the corporation. Upon request of the Executive Officer or the President of the Board, an attorney shall attend Regular or Special Meetings of the Board of Trustees or committees thereof to render advice and opinions on such matters as requested.
