BD 205 - Board Committees Whenever it seems advisable, a committee shall be appointed by the President to investigate a specific situation or problem. Committees do not take action, but rather make their reports to the Board of Trustees to be acted upon by the Board in session. Reports from such committees shall be presented to the Executive Officer who shall place them on the agenda and forward them to the Board. A committee shall serve a specific function and shall be considered dissolved when its work is complete and its report is made to the Board of Trustees.
