ADI 324 - Abdominal Sonography II Credit(s) 3.00 Lecture Hours: 3.00 This course is a continuation of ADI 321 and covers anatomy and physiology and common pathologies of select abdominal organs as well as various superficial structures. Scanning protocols and normal versus abnormal sonographic findings associated with each procedure are studied. Emphasis is also placed on the acquisition of pertinent clinical history and physical findings, and the evaluation of laboratory and related imaging reports. This course replaces ADI 326.
Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of C in ADI 111 , ADI 321 , and ADI 830 .
