MFG 372 - SolidWorks/MasterCam Applications

This is an introductory course focusing on the creation of real parts using Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing software and Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine tools. Students will create 3-dimensional parts using SolidWorks parametric modeling software. Students will then export those part files to Mastercam CAM software and process the part files to be machined using a CNC mill.
Prerequisite(s): DRF 132 or MFG 192
