ITP 135 - Introduction to Language Credit(s) 3.00 Lecture Hours: 3.00 This course introduces students to the linguistic features of American Sign Language (ASL). Students will learn the characteristics common to all languages and the basic descriptive tools of linguistics. Phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and applications of American Sign Language will be studied.
Prerequisite(s): ITP 141
