MAT 216 - Calculus IICredit(s) 4.00 Lecture Hours: 4.00 This course is the second in a three-part calculus series. It is a continuation of topics taught in MAT 210 - Calculus I. Topics include applications of the definite integral, differentiation and integration of inverse trigonometric and hyperbolic functions, methods of integration, improper integrals, infinite sequences and series, parametric equations, polar coordinate equations, and conic sections. This course may satisfy a general education requirement in the Mathematics Area. Prerequisite(s): A minimum grade of C- in MAT 210 or minimum math placement score based on college assessment within the last two years.
