This course is designed to introduce the student to the C# Language. The course will cover C# syntax and object-oriented programming techniques in the .NET environment.

Prerequisite(s):  CIS 121  and MAT 066  
SLOs:
Upon successful completion of this course students will be able to:

  • Create C# programs using the Visual Studio.NET Integrated Development Environment (IDE).

  • Code programs utilizing variables, expressions, and data types.

  • Alter program flow using selection statements and loops.

  • Implement classes to demonstrate reusable code.

  • Implement input/output using file and stream processing.
